
Our Services
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy sessions are 60 minute long. In the initial sessions, we will delve deeply into what brings you to therapy, the challenges you are grappling with, our approach together and co-create a plan for moving forward.
In follow-up sessions, we work together on building skills to help you cope with the challenges, exploring patterns and what they mean in the present, and supporting you in your journey towards self-compassion.
In-person sessions are available to clients in Toronto on Mondays.
Hamilton clients can choose between virtual sessions and/or walk-and-talk therapy where we pick a nature walk together and have our session there.
Session fee: $150
Insurance: Invoices are provided upon payment that you may submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
Please check with your provider if they cover therapy by Registered Social Worker
